STÜKEN is the market leader in metal deep drawing.
With production sites in South Carolina, Europe and Asia, our 1.250 specialists help customers in securing their global success with local supply. Still family-owned, we look back on 90 years of innovation and technological excellence. Our capabilities in size range from below 1mm up to 80mm (0.04 Inches up to 3.14 Inches)in length or diameter. Worldwide we produce on more than 400 presses. Different metals like stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloys, brass or titanium "and much more" are feasible. What sets us apart is our own R&D Department, 160 toolmakers "around the world" and the large spectrum of in-house finishing processes. Our customers benefit from ready-to-use components for direct processing. STÜKEN is Certified ISO 13485 for locations in Europe and in the USA. Cleanroom ISO 7 / GMP class C available in Germany. STÜKEN products can be found in all areas of industry and daily life. For the medical technology sector, we supply our customers with reliable components for various applications.

High-precision titanium components with complex geometries can now be produced using the efficient, fast and resource-saving deep drawing technology. STÜKEN has developed an optimized process that allows titanium to be deep-drawn over a large number of stations. This results in major cost advantages for pacemaker housings, for example, and also makes the use of deep-drawn titanium parts interesting for dental implant sleeves and similar applications.
