LASER PRECISION FOR MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURERS: Job shop & machines for laser micromachining
LLT Applikation is a machine manufacturer and service provider for the production of high-precision medical products. We fully rely on the industrial use of latest laser technology for our certified contract manufacturing and for developing our series and special machines.
Thanks to the use of fiber and ultra-short pulse lasers, we not only manufacture products for medical purposes precisely and economically, but also process sensitive and high-quality components gently. Whether as samples, prototypes, small or large series.
In addition to our experience with laser manufacturing of 2D & 3D components such as surgical instruments, we have more than 20 years special knowledge in laser micromachining of precision tubes used in invasive medicine as coronary stents, cannulas or needles.
As well as our contract manufacturing, our turnkey laser precision machines and related process development are designed for cutting, drilling, welding and ablating a wide range of materials and geometries.
As part of our latest company expansion from 2020 to 2022, our capacities for contract manufacturing and mechanical engineering have already been expanded for the second time and now offer an additional 1,500 m² of production space with state-of-the-art equipment for almost 50 colleagues. This benefits not only our customers and employees, but first and foremost numerous patients.

𝘓𝘓𝘛.𝙩𝙪𝙗𝙚 is a high precision laser system for processing cylindrical components. With the combination of fiber and femtosecond laser sensitive materials and highly complex geometries can be processed as gently as efficiently. The machine is designed for high precision laser production of medical products such as stents, hypotubes or cannulas.
